At United Call Centers (UCC), we partner with global brands to deliver exceptional customer support — and we’re currently hiring for multiple Dutch-language projects across industries like e-commerce, healthcare, technology, and more.
This is a remote freelance position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with international clients from the comfort of your home.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide professional customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with questions, issues, and product or service information
- Represent leading global brands with clarity, empathy, and care
- Collaborate with an international remote team
REQUIREMENTS
What You’ll Need:
- Dutch as your mother tongue (spoken and written)
- Good level of English (B2 or higher)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy and the ability to work independently
- A quiet, distraction-free home office and stable internet connection
- Ability to work as a self-employed contractor (freelance status is required)
