DESCRIPTION
United Call Centers is a global customer experience company delivering high-quality support solutions for international clients across multiple industries. We operate fully remotely, offering flexible opportunities for experienced professionals who thrive in dynamic, multicultural environments.
We are currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to support multiple international projects in a shared environment. This is a contractor, part-time position with flexible scheduling.
You will be assisting customers across different industries, including consumer products, digital services, and e-mobility solutions.

What You'll Be Doing
- Assisting customers via phone, email, and chat
- Providing friendly, professional, and solution-oriented support
- Answering questions, resolving issues, and guiding customers through their requests
- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions
- Following project-specific processes and quality standards
- Supporting different projects within the UCC portfolio as business needs evolve
REQUIREMENTS
What We're Looking For
- Fluent Dutch (C2 level) language skills, both spoken and written
- Good command of English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A customer-focused mindset and genuine desire to help others
- Ability to work independently and stay organized in a remote environment
- Confidence using computers and online tools
- Previous customer service or call center experience
