As part of our team, you'll play a crucial role in:
  • Initiating contact with businesses in the hospitality industry through outbound calls.

  • Maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.
  • Exceeding monthly lead targets.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a freelance, contract-based role and not a standard employment position. Candidates must be able to demonstrate their eligibility to work as independent contractors.
CERINȚE
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
  • Fluency in spoken and written Italian (C2 level or higher).
  • Fluency in English language.
  • Previous experience in the call center or BPO industry.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • A motivated team player mindset.
  • Previous sales experience to seal the deal.
  • Hotel industry experience is an advantage.
