Senior Customer Service Representative – Polish speaking!
Customer teams are dealing with sales support processes, account management, order taking, invoicing, cash collection, pricing, service request management and supply chain management activities.
In this role You will:
- Coordinate the order management process of clients in the automotive industry
- Maintain customer and material master database
- Enter customer orders and follow them up
- Manage customer requests and queries
- Be logging, assigning, supervising progress of complaints & claims from receipt to completion
- Interact with customers and stakeholders in a professional, friendly and efficient manner
- Facilitate the invoicing process
REQUIREMENTS
What You will need to be successful:
- Proficiency in Polish and solid English knowledge
- Solid experience in the field of Customer Service in an SSC environment
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Siebel, SAP, etc.)
- Customer oriented approach
- Flexible, motivated personality
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in Budapest at least 2 days/week
