Your mission:

  • You will be responsible for managing "retention goal" phone contacts with customers .
  • Customer support to ensure their long-term loyalty.
  • Advising customers on all services and offers. 
REQUIREMENTS
  • Native or fluent German + English (preferable)
  • Good communication skills
  • Contact center environment experience
  • Sales/ Retention experience
