Your responsibilities
• Ensure accurate personnel and payroll administration for assigned clients
• Follow up, calculate, and validate payroll processes
• Advise clients on payroll, HR administration, and social legislation
• Build strong and trusted relationships with your client portfolio
• Handle employee inquiries related to HR and payroll matters
• Keep your knowledge up to date within payroll and HR domains
• Identify opportunities to improve and optimize processes
Candidate profile
• Interest in HR, payroll, and employment legislation
• Experience in payroll is a plus but not required
• Knowledge of eBlox is an advantage
• Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail
• Results-driven with a structured approach
• Flexible and able to meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
• Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel)

Training and location
• Start date: April 23
• Training takes place in Valencia
• Total of 9 training days spread over 3 months
• Travel to Valencia required 3–4 times (flights and hotel covered)
Salary and benefits
• Monthly gross salary: €2,175 (entry level)
• Higher salary possible depending on experience
• 25 paid vacation days + 18 additional hours
