About the role:
-Be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat
-Help customers find the right products and services, proactively assisting both online and offline
-Deliver service with a smile and embody our core value: “Think like a customer”
Requirements:
-Native or near-native Dutch speaker with high-level English (spoken and written)
-NIE number
-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
-Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or other customer-facing roles
-A super friendly, solution-oriented attitude and genuine love for helping people
-Dynamic, flexible, team player with creative problem-solving skills
Currently based in Valencia or willing to relocate (no package included!)
Salary Range: €1700 - €1900,- gross/month
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 09.00 - 17.30
