About the Role

As a Danish Google Ads Sales & Onboarding Specialist, you will work directly with businesses across Denmark, helping them unlock growth through tailored digital advertising solutions. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing relationships, increasing advertising investment, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

What You'll Do

Onboard new clients and act as a trusted advisor throughout their Google Ads journey.

Understand client goals and recommend strategic PPC solutions that drive results.

Generate revenue through outbound sales activities, account growth, and campaign upselling.

Identify emerging business opportunities and high-growth companies within the Danish market.

Manage a large portfolio of accounts while maintaining accurate CRM records.

Build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide timely, solution-focused support.

Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Adapt quickly to changing client needs and market conditions.

Use AI-powered tools and data insights to personalize outreach and improve performance.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

Native-level (C2) Danish and high-level English communication skills.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Minimum 2 years of sales and/or digital marketing experience preferred.

Proven success in client acquisition, business development, or consultative sales.

Strong understanding of Google Ads, PPC advertising, and digital marketing concepts.

Experience using CRM systems and AI tools to improve productivity and client engagement.

Knowledge of Danish business culture and digital marketing landscape.

Understanding of GDPR and data privacy regulations.

Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working towards ambitious targets.
