- Handling incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and chats (Croatian market, automotive sector),
- Serving Croatian- and English-speaking customers,
- Entering data into the system,
- Diagnosing and resolving received requests,

- Commitment to high-quality service.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent Croatian (C1) and conversational English (at least B2),
- Ability to use the Windows operating system and MS Office,
- Communicative skills and a focus on working with people,
- High personal culture and customer focus,
