DESCRIPTION

- Achieve sales quotas by selling renewals, products, and services, with upsell opportunities
- Build strong relationships with established clients within your dedicated territory
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain customer data in the CRM
- Promote Lenovo products/services, guiding customers through onboarding and ensuring optimal usage
- Identify 'at risk' customers and initiate steps to enhance satisfaction and retention
- Handle a high volume of customer interactions via phone and email, predominantly outbound
- Build call lists, identify key decision-makers, and clean and maintain the CRM
- Detect, qualify, and execute opportunities in collaboration with Lenovo’s internal teams
- Own bid creation, price negotiation, and partner relationships to close deals
- Participate in weekly pipeline meetings and ensure accurate pipeline management
REQUIREMENTS
- Native in Dutch with fluent English (B2)
- Strong focus on customer needs
- Able to balance a customer-oriented and a results-driven approach
- Strong communication, problem-solving and active listening skills - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
