DESCRIPTION

  • Achieve sales quotas by selling renewals, products, and services, with upsell opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with established clients within your dedicated territory
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain customer data in the CRM
  • Promote Lenovo products/services, guiding customers through onboarding and ensuring optimal usage
  • Identify 'at risk' customers and initiate steps to enhance satisfaction and retention
  • Handle a high volume of customer interactions via phone and email, predominantly outbound
  • Build call lists, identify key decision-makers, and clean and maintain the CRM
  • Detect, qualify, and execute opportunities in collaboration with Lenovo’s internal teams
  • Own bid creation, price negotiation, and partner relationships to close deals
  • Participate in weekly pipeline meetings and ensure accurate pipeline management

REQUIREMENTS

  • Native in Dutch with fluent English (B2)
  • Strong focus on customer needs
  • Able to balance a customer-oriented and a results-driven approach
  • Strong communication, problem-solving and active listening skills - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
