Your mission
Love gaming and enjoy helping people solve problems? Join a customer experience team supporting gamers and help turn account issues, payment questions, and technical challenges into smooth gaming experiences.

What you’ll do
Support gamers via phone, email, and chat.
Assist with account access, billing, payments, and other account-related questions.
Troubleshoot console, network, and platform issues.
Keep customers informed and provide clear, effective solutions.
Escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams when needed.

What you bring
Fluency in Danish and very good English skills.
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
An interest in gaming, digital platforms, and technology.
Confidence handling customer queries and learning new tools.

Your schedule
Monday–Friday | 11:00–19:30
Full-time employment | 40 hours per week
