DESCRIPTION
The company is one of the well known online marketing company specialize in the iGaming sector. It has 180+ employees from 25 nationalities, and they are looking for motivated, friendly, and committed candidates who want to grow long-term.
Location: Limassol, Cyprus (on-site)
Salary:
• €1.600 gross/month (NO tax up to €19,500/year!)
• Monthly Bonus: €250 bonus
• Start Date: 14th September
REQUIREMENTS
• EU passport mandatory
Role:
• At least 1 year customer support experience
• Motivated and reliable, with a willingness to commit long-term
• C1/C2 English level
• Previous experience showing stability and commitment is considered a strong advantage
• Friendly, polite, and down-to-earth attitude
• Suitable for junior profiles candidates
Role:
• Mainly chat & email support (very limited calls)
• Assisting customers with inquiries and account issues
• Working in a fast-paced, international team
• 40h/week – 8 hours rotation 5 days on / 2 days off (Public holidays paid double)
