For one of our clients – а company specializing in customer experience technology that
delivers outsourced sales, support, and business process services to large businesses, we are
looking for – Travel Security and Insurance Speciаlist with German and English.
Responsibilities:
*Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, and messages politely and empathetically;
*Investigate and resolve claims involving damage, liability, or incidents;
*Manage sensitive or complex cases with professionalism;
*Assess safety issues and suggest practical improvements;
*Provide clear and accurate information to client inquiries;
*Ensure data accuracy and maintain confidentiality.
Qualifications:
*At least 1 year of experience in claims, fraud review, or damage assessment;
*Skilled in evaluating losses and processing compensation;
*Strong communication skills and empathetic customer approach;
*Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new tools;
*Fluent in German with advanced English (C1 level);
*Detail-oriented and able to think critically.
Our client offer:
*Full-time position (40 hours/week); 30-day probation period and an unfixed-term contract;
*Competitive salary with role/language bonuses and performance incentives;
*Daily meal allowance and holiday/Christmas bonuses (monthly or lump sum);
*22 business days of annual leave + extra pay for working on Portuguese public holidays;
*Support with accommodation, travel costs, and initial financial assistance;
*Paid training from day one; medical and dental insurance after 6 months;
*Documentation support for non-Portuguese citizens.
