German-Speaking Travel Consultant – Lisbon, Portugal

Compensation:

• Option 1: €1,150 gross/month + free accommodation (private room in a shared apartment/house in Lisbon area, utilities included).
• Option 2: €1,473 gross/month (without accommodation, allowances included).
• Signing Bonus: €3,000 (50% paid after contract signature, 50% after 6 months).

Your Role

As a German-Speaking Travel Consultant in our Lisbon contact center, you’ll support the customers with hotel rebooking requests. You’ll help travellers solve problems quickly so they can enjoy a smooth and stress-free trip.

What You’ll Do

• Assist customers with hotel booking inquiries quickly and effectively.
• Support travellers with hotel-related issues during their stay.
• Handle overbooking cases, incorrect bookings, and reservation updates.
• Manage complaints with professionalism and find solutions.
• Process customer data, booking changes, and adjustments accurately.
