DESCRIPTION
Are you passionate about luxury, fashion, premium customer experiences, and building long-term client relationships? We are looking for a Digital Private Client Advisor to join the Omnichannel Client Development team of one of the world's most recognized luxury brands in Brussels.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in luxury retail, premium customer service, or sales who enjoys providing highly personalized service while developing strong relationships with high-value clients.
About the role
As a Digital Private Client Advisor, you will manage and develop relationships with some of the brand's most valuable clients. You'll combine exceptional service with a commercial mindset, identifying opportunities to strengthen client relationships, recommend products, and grow sales across digital and in-store channels.
You'll work with an established portfolio while also reconnecting with previous customers and developing relationships with new high-value prospects.
What will you do?
- Develop and manage a portfolio of high-value clients through personalized engagement
- Build long-term relationships with existing clients and reactivate previous customers
- Identify and engage high-value prospects
- Provide personalized product recommendations based on individual preferences and needs
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through consultative selling
- Drive digital sales of high-end products
- Build detailed client profiles to better understand preferences and purchasing behavior
- Host virtual and in-store client appointments
- Support high-end commercial events and convert opportunities into sales
- Deliver an exceptional omnichannel luxury experience across every client interaction
What we're looking for
- Strong experience within luxury retail, premium sales, client services, or a similar customer-facing environment
- Experience with distance or digital selling is highly valued
- C1/C2 English
- Nordic language skills are considered an advantage, but are not required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence communicating with VIP and high-net-worth clients
- Commercial mindset with experience in up-selling and cross-selling
- Passion for luxury products, fashion, and styling
- Strong business acumen and understanding of client development
- Comfortable using digital tools and technology
- Ability to understand customer data and translate insights into recommendations
- Independent, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
- A strong track record of delivering excellent customer experiences and results
What's offered?
- €35,000 gross annual base salary
- Individual commission: 2% net commission on individual products sold with a value of €3,000+
- Team performance bonus: up to €2,400 annually
