DESCRIPTION

We are looking for Italian-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join an international e-commerce project in Greece. In this role, you will assist customers by providing support with orders, account inquiries, payments, deliveries, and general product questions. You will be part of a dynamic and multicultural team supporting customers through email, chat, and phone.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist customers with orders, deliveries, returns, and account issues
  • Troubleshoot basic problems and provide effective solutions
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Follow company procedures and quality standards
REQUIREMENTS

  • Fluent Italian (C1/C2)
  • Good English (B2+) for internal communication
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Customer service experience is a plus (not mandatory)
  • EU Passport
