Founded in 2019 and now boasting a global team of around 80 experts, they play a dual game. On one side, they provide top-tier marketing, CRM, and operational expertise to other gaming companies. On the other side, they operate their very own successful online casino brands globally.
They’ve just opened a sleek new office in the heart of Madrid to house their customer-centric teams. The German-speaking market is their absolute top priority right now, meaning you will be entering a business with massive momentum and the exciting energy of a brand-new local launch.

Your Role
As our new German-speaking Sales Agent, your main goal is to ignite their expansion in the Germanic markets. You aren't cold-calling random people who have never heard of the brand; instead, you’ll be connecting with existing leads and players who already know the platform, encouraging them to jump back into the action. Your day-to-day objective is straightforward: drive player acquisition and boost engagement to help this fresh team hit its targets.

More specifically, you will:
  • The Outreach: Make outbound calls to a provided list of players and warm leads.
  • The Pitch: Convince and engage players to register, deposit, and enjoy the platform using smart, consultative sales techniques.
  • The Target: Work towards clear individual performance targets and KPIs to maximize your monthly bonuses.
  • The Admin: Accurately document all calls, notes, and outcomes in the CRM system so the data stays clean.
  • The Multi-Tasker: Seamlessly manage multiple tasks, chatting with players while updating their profiles in real-time.
  • The Guardrail: Follow internal procedures and essential industry compliance guidelines to keep everything safe and fair.
The Profile We’re Looking For
The Must-Haves:
  • Linguistic Mojo: Native-level German to build instant rapport, plus a good level of English to chat with your international colleagues.
  • Sales DNA: A strong sales mindset and a genuine motivation for outbound phone work. Target-driven environments should excite you, not scare you.
  • Availability: You are ready to work full-time and can start as soon as possible on-site in beautiful Madrid.
The Nice-to-Haves:
  • Previous experience in B2C sales, call centers, or outbound roles.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (but if you learn fast, that’s just as good!).
