Your mission:

▶ You will be responsible for managing phone contacts with customers.

▶ Customer support to ensure their long-term loyalty.

▶ Advising customers on all services and offers.

REQUIREMENTS

▶ Fluent Italian and English (mandatory)

▶ Good communication skills

▶ Contact center environment experience.

▶ Sales experience

OFFER

☑ Direct and permanent contract with the client.

☑ Base salary + Meal Allowance

☑ Italian monthly bonus + English monthly bonus (cumulative).
