Your daily activities will include:
- Analyzing and managing inquiries related to various documentation, including processing and validation.
- Being responsible for reporting and analyses where you can apply analytical thinking.
- Handling and resolving customer inquiries in accordance with company procedures and policies.
- Participate in team meetings, contribute to process improvements, collaborate on projects, and ensure smooth operations across departments. Utilize ERP systems for document management and optimization and provide regular updates to management.
REQUIREMENTS

- Have B2-C1 proficiency in German (oral and written)
- Enjoy communicating and collaborating
- Pay attention to detail and are eager to learn
- Are comfortable with numbers and data
- Thrive in a team environment
