Our client is looking for a Sales Executive (Czech or Slovak Speaker) to join their team in Munich, Germany. This role focuses on managing inbound sales opportunities and supporting business owners through the funding process.
This position offers the opportunity to work with a high volume of qualified inbound leads while helping small and medium-sized businesses access the financial solutions they need to grow.

What will you do?
- Manage and own a pipeline of warm inbound leads, guiding customers from initial contact through to completed funding
- Conduct discovery calls with business owners to understand their operations, funding goals, and return-on-investment expectations
- Present and explain funding offers clearly while positioning the solution effectively and addressing potential objections
- Communicate with customers through phone, email, SMS, and WhatsApp to build relationships and maintain deal momentum
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including Partnerships, Risk, and Operations to ensure a smooth customer journey
- Work toward individual and team sales targets with clearly defined KPIs across the sales funnel
- Represent the company professionally and enthusiastically in all customer interactions
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior members of the sales team when needed
