Your responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, orders, payment methods and shipping with professionalism and empathy
- Handle customer emails and provide clear and supportive communication
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by offering high-quality service
REQUIREMENTS
- Native level of French
- Passion for the beauty and make-up industry, studies or experience in the field is a plus
- Motivation to take on a new challenge and relocate abroad
- Interest in travel, cultural exchange and teamwork
- Reliability, adaptability and flawless communication skills
- EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal required
OFFER
Working conditions
- Temporary contract of 10 months
- Full-time schedule from Monday to Sunday, rotating shifts between 8 am and 7 pm
Compensation and benefits
- 850 € gross per month paid 14 times per year
- Monthly performance bonus up to 100 €
- Meal vouchers of 7.23 € per workday
- Partial reimbursement of transportation costs

For international candidates
- Reimbursement of initial flight costs up to 400 € after 4 months
- Four months of shared accommodation provided by the company with rental fee contribution
