Workster partners with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy which assists businesses in creating positive, interactive, and successful customer interactions using a blend of human touch and technology. Our brand-new client is a leading tobacco company dedicated to providing exceptional products and services to their customers.

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Customer Service Representative with Croatian to join our dynamic team.

  • As a representative of the brand, you will be expected to deliver high-quality customer service mainly by inbound calls, live chat, email and social media.

  • Efficiently solve issues to enhance maximum possible customer satisfaction
REQUIREMENTS
  • Fluency in Croatian, both written and verbal (C2)
  • Good command of English, both written and verbal (B2+)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field
  • Customer-oriented attitude
  • Good typing and computer skills (MS Office applications)
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
  • Ability to work both on your own and within a team
  • High school education
