We are looking to incorporate agents into the international team of the customer service center located in the city of Valencia, with availability and total motivation to work.

FUNCTIONS:
- Answer calls for repair notices and coordinate customer service with the team of technicians.
- Answer calls about product queries and accompany the client until the queries are resolved.
- Offer customers products such as warranty extensions and insurance for their appliances.
REQUIREMENTS
To be evaluated in this project you must meet the following requirements:
- Native or bilingual level of Dutch. Language proficiency is essential, since calls will be answered in this language.
- Experience in customer service and/or sales.
It is necessary to have full hourly availability.
